If you require hospitalization, we will make
 arrangements for your admission.
Area hospitals and Montgomery Cardiovascular
Associates are separate business organizations and
we will bill you separately.

At the time of admission, the hospital admitting office
will discuss with you payment of your hospital account,
Montgomery Cardiovascular Associates will bill you for
medical care administered by our physicians during
 your hospital stay.
