Hospital Based Services

Many diagnostic and treatment procedures may be
 administered in the hospital.
 These include :

• Cardiac Catherizations

• Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary
  Angioplasties (PTCA)

• Directional Coronary Atherectomies (DCA)

• Insertion of Stent Devices during Angioplasty or Athrectomy

• Pacemaker Implants

• Insertion of implantable Cardioverter/Defibrillators

Hospitalization

If you require hospitalization, we will make arrangements
 for your admission.
Area hospitals and Montgomery Cardiovascular Associates
 are separate business organizations and we will bill you separately.

At the time of admission, the hospital admitting office will
discuss with you payment of your hospital account. Montgomery Cardiovascular Associates will bill you for medical care
administered by our physicians during your hospital stay.
